Beth came to my rescue for a holiday party when my work was totally chaotic, we had family obligations and there were not enough hours in the day. A simple email detailing exactly my needs went out early one morning, hoping for a response. At the end of the afternoon, all of the details, errands and miscellaneous items that I needed were at my home. They were perfectly bought and put into place for the party. I live in Kenya, East Africa, and had undergone substantial difficulties trying to get a bunch of parcels shipped out of Baltimore. Given that I was on another continent altogether, I was really at the end of my tether wondering how to get the parcels shipped particularly because I had been given a deadline to move them before they were destroyed. Beth was an absolute lifesaver. She arranged for the packages to be picked up punctually, consolidated them into boxes and had them shipped off at the post office. All my packages arrived intact, thanks to Beth and the entire team. All this was arranged over email and phone calls! Excellent service!
With online business transactions, one might be afraid of getting conned. Beth proved to be honest and transparent when it came to money. I paid in advance and she accounted for every last cent. I truly appreciated that. Despite not having met face to face, Beth’s service was simply fantastic!

Beth and her team have been helping our family for over 6 years. My wife and I are very busy with work (she’s a surgeon and I’m a scientist), and when we started having children there just wasn’t enough time to do everything. We now have 2 boys, age 7 and 2, and our goal is to spend as much time as we can with them outside of work. That’s Beth’s #1 service: TIME. She is a very important person in our lives, and is a big contributor to our happy home! Here are a few specific
examples:
• When our youngest son’s due date was a month or two away, my wife and I had a long list of things to do to get ready (get nursery ready, transform downstairs into home office, move several large items to storage facility, etc.), and no hope of getting it done in time. We were anxious and a little embarrassed that we weren’t making any progress. Beth visited us, took one look at our looooong list, and said “This isn’t that bad, we can do this.” What a feeling of relief! She coordinated everything, and it was all done in time. My wife went into preterm labor and when the timeline shortened, Beth and her team kicked it into overdrive so that our house was ready when we came home with our son.
• Recently, we decided that we didn’t have enough room in our home for our boys to play (actually, we were sick of tripping over toys throughout the house). We decided to transform our garage and driveway into a playroom for them. Another large project that we didn’t have time for on our own, so we just gave it to Beth. She took care of everything… coordinating contractors, hauling away unwanted items to create space in the garage, working with us to identify a design, flooring, etc. One day we went to work, and when we came home…..a new playroom!
• Who has time, or needs to do research, to find reputable contractors (i.e., handyman, plumbers, painters, electricians, etc.)? No need, just call Beth. She has worked with some of these people for over ten years….and you know they are great because they wouldn’t last long with her if they weren’t (her business depends on them being great!). Every contractor who has entered our home has been on time, dependable, polite, honest, reasonably priced, and most important to us….has done great work.
• We’ve been trying to eat healthy, but were finding it more and more challenging to create and cook healthy meals for all of us. We contacted Beth and she put us in touch with a personal chef. We never would have thought that we could afford such a luxury, but we are eating better and our food costs have not changed at all (less waste, I suppose). Two times a month, a personal chef shows up at our door with meals that last the entire month.
